After wearing this watch band for a couple months it seems pretty decent. It's fairly flexible, the metal feels hefty (but not too heavy), the button release system on the pixel makes this a breeze to remove. My biggest gripe is that there is no micro adjustment so you're stuck with adding or removing a whole link to adjust size. I was cursed with a wrist size in the middle and opted to have the watch band a little loose on my wrist. If micro adjustments and wrist comfort are important to you then you might want to look elsewhere but otherwise this is a decent wristband and a pretty good value for what you get.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Nice metal band that works with Pixel Watch 2. MUCH cheaper than the Google store metal band. Doesn't attach quite as tight as the old google band, but it works fine. Also, I needed to remove 3 links to get a good fit. They provide a tool that works.

I wouldn't exactly call this suitable for a woman's watch, the band is quite wide and even though I removed every possible link (that in itself a VERY difficult task) the band is a bit loose on my wrist and the shorter band makes the LARGE clasp push it sideways. This is the third band I've tried since getting the pixel watch so I'll keep it - until I find a better one.

I bought four metal aftermarket bands for my new Pixel Watch 2 and this was the clear winner. Two others (of the chain-mail/Skagen variety) would not interface with the watch without being forced, and the other one with links had a poor design (the parts that clamp to the watch did not properly angle downward in my opinion). This one goes on like butter (even easier than the band Google included), looks very good, and is lightweight and comfortable. Another reviewer here mentioned that it was not up to the standards of his (evidently) high-powered business environment, but what did he expect for under $20? No one is going to deem this cheap unless they're getting REAL close (granted, I'm vouching for the silver one, and mine has yet to fall off, fall apart, or feel flimsy). But for his ilk, Google offers what looks to be a gorgeous one for $200. Me? I'm happy with this and to use my saved $180 for something else. (In fact, I'll probably spend some of that on a duplicate before these disappear.)

Removing links from the band to make it smaller was more difficult than I expected. The illustrations say something like “press gently and turn clockwise”. Turning does nothing, as there is no screw mechanism on the tool or the pin. Pressing gently does nothing. The pins have a spring capture system; the spring end of the pin is opposite the arrow engraved on the link. Expel the pin with brute force at the arrow point, but be careful not to break the tool. And most of all, take care that when the spring finally releases and the pin expels through the other side of the band, your flesh is not in the path of the pin. My finger caught the first pin, and it bled quite a bit. To summarize: - Turning the tool is meaningless and misleading - Remove the pin with direct controlled force - Be careful that your fingers are not in the path of the expelled pin
