Best purchase for my maternity at an affordable price ☺️. I used the ball every single day what really help my natural labour it also has some exercises if you want to follow .The peri peri bottle was a life saver after labour to clean the perineum, I only used water for 2weeks and no infections, but used the peri peri bottle religiously everytime I was going to the toilet.Totally recommend.

This item was delivered on time, the package only contained the ball, pump and some spare valves, no socks, yoga band or peri bottle ?although the box says they are included. The ball does seem to have deflated slightly over 24 hours I don’t know if this to be expected. If choosing this ball for the extras don’t be surprised if they are not included

Considering the price this turned out to be a huge disappointment. Literally just sat on it and there is a massive puncture despite being used on a clear surface, so it can only be my normal weight that’s caused it... don’t bother wasting money on the promises made, just buy a standard cheap exercise ball for half the price!

This has been my ride and die. Been using it for my lower back pain as have been unable to go to physio. Provides relief to my back pain and everyone in the family is now using it.
