Un lievito di birra secco di altissima qualità, prodotto interamente in Italia. Lo ho scoperto durante il lockdown del Covid e lo uso regolarmente per pizza, pane e dolci, e non delude mai: garantisce una lievitazione stabile, profumata e ben sviluppata, con risultati eccellenti sia in impasti diretti che indiretti.
