Good value for a good machine
Got to of these for some remote work, in credible value when compared to the surface pro 8. These came quick and packaged well. They look brand new ( i suspect the keyboard is)They will do everything I need them to do and more.

Sub-par quality, not up to Amazon Renewed standards
The computer that I received had clearly visible scratches on the screen. The screen was dirty as well. The computer was packed in a dirty plastic bag. Definitely not up to the standards of Amazon Renewed.

Worked for about an hour
The computer worked for long enough to start setting it up. It needed a lot of updates when it was received. After the updates installed, the computer restarted and would never boot back up afterwards. Seller was contacted and didn’t seem very interested in helping beyond offering a refund. Purchase from someone else
