Well what can I say! Having had previous robot mops I was very impressed with this one. It’s set up and use isn’t too bad but does take a bit of adjustment due to the options available. It looks very stylish and is of quality build! Its mopping ability is great at reaching the corners and edges and its ability to self clean is fantastic. It easily finishes my home with plenty of battery life left. I have not managed to get the arm to do much yet but with regards to its ability on carpets and hard floors it surpasses previous robots I’ve had. It is an expensive price and time will tell as to how it holds up but one week in and I’m very impressed.

We have 3600 sq feet tiled floor. One level, 3 dogs that drop a lot of hair. The Roborock is a revelation. You can set it to vacuum on different settings for different rooms, same with the wash, including intense wash for dirtier areas. The app is detailed, you need to spend a bit of time on it, but you can edit spaces, hide zones you don’t want cleaned. You can separate open plan spaces. It doesn’t bang into anything, goes under furniture and gently nudges open a door if it’s left slightly ajar. It empties itself, washes itself and charges itself. Out floors are spotless!

The suction is strong and picks up fine dust and dirt from corners with ease. The robot mapped my home layout quickly and even identified furniture on its own,can also manually add furniture in the app and set it to avoid certain areas. It’s very smart and accurate. I was worried it wouldn’t handle my thick rug in the living room, it had no problem climbing onto the carpet and cleaning it thoroughly. The app also allows me to divide cleaning zones—my kitchen is about 6m² and it only took 6 minutes to finish both vacuuming and mopping, with excellent results! My home has wooden floors, so I was concerned the mopping might leave puddles or too much water. Surprisingly, the floor dried in about 30 seconds with no visible puddles at all. The mopping is very gentle and precise. The robotic arm is awesome—it picked up my slippers, cleaned under them, then put them back. Totally beyond what I expected from a robot vacuum! I used to think robot vacuums were just for light cleaning, but this one actually replaced my need for manual cleaning. It saves me so much time and effort every day!

I really like this. It looks good, vacuums well and is feature-packed. The mopping is good, but the flat pad is nowhere near as good as the spinning discs that my Qrevo Curve has, and the Saros 10R has. I bought this during Black Friday when it was £300 cheaper. I wouldn't buy it at the full price. The app is great, and I love that it takes photos of obstacles, and if it sees pets, it slows down and takes more care.

Amazing robot. Gets the job done even when youre away from home. Very easily accessible and intelligent. Keeps the house clean and ready

I had been saving ages to buy the Saros 10. After reading numerous reviews on Youtube I went ahead and purchased it. Out of the box the experience was amazing. The Robot had been working great for 2 weeks. On the 3rd week I was painting my walls and moved the base station away from its location and noticed the laminate flooring bulging - I thought it might have been due to some non-related incident however at the back of my mind I began wondering if the base station was leaking. When I moved the unit it seemed fine and the floor was dry. There was water in the tank so I doubt it was leaking during standby mode. After my decorating I placed it back to the same location - let its do its mop run and finish its cycle. I then removed the unit from the location only to find a puddle of water underneath the unit. I would say it was about 3/4 cups worth so not a small puddle. I knew then that the leak happened during the cycle at some point - either when water is sent to the unit or when it is cleaning the mop. Regardless I done a lot of searching on the internet and found very few articles about this. I sent Roborock an email - waiting for response. As I was in the return time frame I initiated the return. I am very disappointed about this and the damaged laminate - Depending on Roborock's response on what might be causing this I might buy a new unit again or alternatively get one from Ecovacs - when you pay over £1000 for one of these fancy units you expect it to function well and be robust such that you dont see puddles of water. I am sure Roborock would not expect their customers to wipe away the puddle. after each use. Apart from that the unit was amazing - cleaning topnotch - software flawless - overall built quality amazing - too bad about the water leaking issue - I would like to think this is an isolated incident - for those purchasing this unit - I would urge you to check under the unit after a mop cycle to observe for any water leaks just incase.

Before I bought this i thought it was insane to spend this much on a robot vacuum cleaner, but this exceeded all my expectations. Everything is super well designed, one of the few products I can't even come up with an improved design for. It's incredibly effective, easy to use, cleans better than I do, and it's probably the best thing I've purchased. It really improves my living, I'm able to get it to clean my downstairs on my journey home when I'm bringing unexpected company, I'm finding myself spending time wiping down tables etc and just knocking the dirt on the floor before going to bed, knowing that the morning scheduled clean will pick it up, I don't feel bad cooking/preparing food right after cleaning because I can simply call the vacuum to clean only the area I'm in. It's also kind of fun to just drive around with the remote control feature too. The only issues I've had is its drive is not powerful enough to push my doors open (my bathroom door can block the hallway for it), and once or twice it got jammed sucking up something that came in the mail, but it's still orders of magnitude better than cleaning myself. My life is so much better after buying it. I just hope it lasts a long time!

This has made my life significantly easier. Come down every morning to a mopped kitchen / utility floor and vacuumed lounge. Does a great job of mopping and exceptional vaccuming with a German Shepherd and long haired cat in the house. I'm amazed that such a small unit does such an impressive and thorough job. Mapping mode is brilliant, allowing me to take it upstairs and it gets on with hovering the entire floor. Obviously it's very expensive but worth the money if you have it.
