Best pillow I’ve ever slept on!
If I had the money right now I would replace all my pillows with this one. I’d suffered from severe pain in the neck. And this has been the only pillow that has allowed me to get some sleep. I am glad I found this pillow after trying many others (that only worsen my pain). For me it was a perfect buy and worth every penny I paid for it. I’m hoping to get another soon. I absolutely love it! I’ve been using it nine months now and I ve not have any episode of severe pain since. They were only mild and very much bearable and treatable with some medication. This is my honest review and I’m giving it all five stars. I do wish it was a little cheeper, so that more people could afford to get it though. BUT ABSOLUTELY WORTH BUYING!

I love it
Using these pillows has done wonders for my shoulders and neck. It is my primary pillow and takes a little getting used to but I travel with it which was never a thing with pillows in the past.

Pleasantly surprised!
TLDR: This might have healed some chronic neck/shoulder pain I’ve had for years? Money well spent. Happy to have it.I bought this as a bit of a last ditch effort to really try everything I could to deal with chronic neck pain and headaches I’ve had for years. I didn’t think it would work, as I normally get headaches from firm pillows and hate memory foam type items for this reason. But I wanted to honestly say I had “tried everything” to deal with my pain and headaches, and this was part of a multipronged attack I made. After a little bit of research and review I decided to buy this, knowing I could return it if it made things worse or didn’t help, having peace of mind it wasn’t going to be a total waste of money if I used it once and never again.Well, much to my surprise, after a little adjustment period of how to lay while sleeping, I can honestly say my chronic pain is much improved and my headache days have substantially decreased. The pillow is much more comfortable than I thought it would be. Though it does restrict the positions you can sleep in, that’s kind of the point (to a degree) so I don’t hold it against it. My one complaint is that if you are a stomach sleeper, the pillow is much more uncomfortable to use from this position than it is from the side/back position. Luckily I am fairly adaptable, so this wasn’t a deal breaker for me.I do want to make it very clear, I made a few different lifestyle and habit changes at the same time I purchased this pillow in an attempt to improve my pain/headaches. So I am not claiming this pillow alone solved all my problems. But I 100% believe it greatly contributed to my relief, I am glad I have it, it was money well spent, and I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future to keep my pain/headaches away.

Good design, but didn't work for me
As I wrote in another review, rating a pillow is rather difficult. Matters of size, firmness, softness, etc. are all highly personal. Size is of utmost importance... a pillow should be exactly fitted to you like a shirt or a pair of trousers. It is crucial that your neck and head be supported such that, lying on your side, your nose is perfectly center to your body, aligned with your spine. If you are on your back, your nose should not be pushed back, or down toward your chest, but perfectly even. Support for your neck and head is only part of healthy sleeping equipment. If you lie on your back, you should have a pillow under your knees rather than having your legs straight out from you. If you lie on your side, you should have a pillow between your legs and your arm should be supported and even. This pillow takes the arm situation into account, and that is good. For me, this pillow was too large, so my head was pushed up at an angle, my neck overly supported. The firmness of this pillow, for me also was too hard. As a result, I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache. If it were a little smaller, and softer, I would have liked it better. The arm rests are a nice addition for this pillow for sure. But the size of the pillow just wasn't a right fit for me. I don't think that has anything to do with the quality of the pillow itself. We don't say a shirt or a pair of pants is "bad" just because they don't fit. Finding a pillow that "fits" us is a highly personal endeavor.

BEST PILLOW EVER!!
I was honestly skeptical about getting this funny looking pillow and spending the money on it. I decided to take a chance on it because I was waking up almost all the time with a migraine from a stiff neck/shoulders or my arms would fall asleep because I would unknowingly use them to prop up my cheap pillow. this pillow has absolutely changed my life!! I absolutely love it and tell everyone I can about it! I no longer wake up with migraines because this pillow supports you in all the right places and I don't have my arms falling asleep anymore either. an added bonus is that my shoulder never fights for space with my pillow (I am a side sleeper) and I fall asleep almost immediately. this pillow is designed for any kind of sleeper I feel because you can use it whichever way works for you. my husband and 2 year old both try to steal my pillow so I will have to get one each for them also :)

Buena compra!
Encantada con lo que compré, duermo bien, más cómoda que con una almohada normal, antes que invertir en una almohada común compren una de estas.
