Good sock for walking boot
I recently broke my ankle and spent about 2 months in a walking boot. This sock was very comfortable and was long enough to reach up past the top of the boot. It is thick and absorbent and made life a lot more bearable.

One cheap nylon tube sock
I am truly disappointed to have received only one sock. It's nearly impossible to evaluate a sock without its pair. This sock seems to be just a low-quality tube sock, and the toe stitching creates an uncomfortable seam that presses against my toes. Furthermore, the nylon material irritates my skin and feels quite unpleasant to wear. Overall, this sock falls short of expectations and I cannot recommend it.

This is a nylon tube sock
I greatly dislike that I received only one sock. It's hard to assess a sock that you only have one of. The second thing is that it's a tube sock, with no formed heel. The toe is stitched at the end of the tube which has the uncomfortable seam against the toes' tips. Shaped socks' toes have a toe case that is finished above the toes. Past experience with tube socks has taught me that they tend to scrunch down over the day. This sock is behaving that way already. Finally, the sock only comes to the middle of my calf. The description mentions only "lower leg," so it does not claim to be a knee sock. But the fact that it stops in the middle of my calf is adding to the tendency to slip down and bunch up under my arch. When I ordered this, I failed to note that it is nylon. I always buy either cotton or wool socks. Synthetic fiber socks keep my feet too damp and develop odor more quickly. My bad for not noticing.I would not buy this sock again.

Simple design
I tried this for protection under my brace. I thought I would need to cut the bottom to meet the length of my leg, but it is stretchy and soft. It did fit. The leg with the brace is a bit atrophied, so I used another sock under this liner.

It's one sock...
My bad, I thought this was a pair. Probably good for what it's designed for. I was wanting to try it for cold weather riding. I'll use it to dust furniture instead.

Thick cotton blend walking boot sock might not accommodate a normally wide foot post surgery
Edit: Ten days after posting my review update. The swelling on my foot has decreased enough for me to comfortably wear this boot sock. It is very thick and provides excellent cushioning. It goes through the washer and dryer without issue. The thickness of the sock is very helpful with keeping my boot from slipping because of the atrophy in my calf. This has been incredibly helpful as I increase the weight bearing on this foot. I still think it's the best quality and well made boot sock I've tried.I do wish it had more stretch as the amount of swelling I had on an already wide foot, prevented me from being able to use this for a significant amount of time.Cloud9 Walking Boot Sock Liner, Moisture-Wicking Foot, Ankle, & Leg Support Socks, Reduce Stress & Prevent Blisters, UniversalThe description indicates this sock is nylon, but it's a cotton blend. It's very thick and has some compression. The inside has that terry loop texture and the outside is very soft. I flipped it inside out to have the soft and seamless side against my foot. This sock has good stretch and I was able to get it on my foot. Normally, I wear a size 5W shoe but currently my foot is about 1/4 wider than my non-injured foot. So, this sock has a good amount of stretch and returned to it's original shape without issue. Because it's so thick, it does provide good cushioning in my aircast. This sock will work better for me after more of the swelling goes down. My walking boot is barely wide enough for my foot currently, so the thickness of this sock is just a bit too much in my boot right now. I do really like the softness and cushioning. It's about the same thickness as the sock that came with my Aircast walking boot. This was all around one of the best socks I've tried.

Only received one sock
Well I can’t use this as only one sock came in the package. Doesn’t seem soft. This seems made of not so great quality.

Fits well; Feels good
These boot socks are the best! They're super soft and cozy, and they keep my feet warm even on the coldest days. They're also the perfect length for wearing with boots - they don't bunch up or slide down, which is a major plus. Plus, they come in a bunch of cute colors and patterns, so I can match them to my outfits. I wear them all the time in the winter, and they've held up really well. If you're looking for some comfy and stylish boot socks, these are definitely the ones to get!
