The Edens Book 3
If you want something bad enough you should fight for it, even if you are not sure you can win! The third full book in The Edens, Garnet Flats is a fabulous story of love, loss, and forgiveness. Talia and Foster are well suited and you truly feel like you are on a journey with them, hoping they will find each other again on the other side of the heartbreak. The story is unique and delivered superbly and one I think reader will fall in love with.

For the second chance and single dad lovers!
4.5 ⭐️ “You and me. It's always been you and me." My Devney Perry binge continues with The Eden’s series, this time with Talia and Fosters story! I’ll admit, I realllly didn’t know how Foster was going to be able to redeem himself, or whether or not I was going to even like the guy based off the blurb alone! But, as per usual, I ate my words and end up loving him lol. After Foster suddenly broke up with Talia one day, with the reason being he was going to marry her best friend. She was left to pick up the shattered pieces of her broken heart and with the help and support of her family, she rebuilt her life again back home in Quincy. Now, years later and as a doctor at Quincy Memorial, things still don’t feel quite right. Her bad days outweigh the good and she doesn’t feel respected or as if she’s really earned her place, thinking everyone still sees her as the little girl they’ve all grown up around. Foster is now a pro UFC fighter and decides to throw a spanner in the works when he shows up at the hospital Talia works at looking for her. He’s recognized by her brother Knox, not as Talia’s ex-boyfriend but for his celebrity status. He’s moved to the quaint town of Quincy in search for a quiet place to raise his daughter and desperately wants to explain the truth about their past to Talia. Now that he’s divorced he’s on a mission to get the one woman he’s ever loved back and there’s no backing down. Jeez I really doubted this guy. I had no idea how he could possibly ever come back from what he did but somehow, Devney did it. She made my heart ache for the guy. The truth came out—eventually, much to Talia’s constant denying—and as messy as it was, I was rooting for them to get back together and start over! "I waited a long time for you, love. I'll wait as long as you need. You are mine." This was a slow burn and second chance romance and despite being apart for so many years, their love never died and it was oh so evident in their actions. Just like the previous books in the series this is full of emotion and the small town feel is so wholesome. The Eden’s are the best family and always have each others back. Obsessed with the world of all things The Eden’s is an understatement 🙂

I love this series!
Out of all the books, this was my least favorite but only because I didn't relate so much to the characters. I loved Talia and I liked her and Foster together, I just felt that some parts were too much. That being said, I did enjoy several parts and I liked the evolution of the main couple, together and on their own.
