Q: Why does it say there are 15 bagels when there are only 12? In your answers to these questions you say there are 15 bagels.

Hello, When we first launched, we offered 5 packs. But after customer feedback, we switched to 4 packs. So, where you are seeing 15 hand-rolled bagels per order are old, outdated responses to customer questions (which we are unable to delete). The correct amount is now 1 dozen, price was lowered accordingly. Price includes Overnight Shipping. Thank you, New Yorker bagels

Q: Are the bagels made with NY water?

My mother is from NJ and after moving to the Midwest she could never find real NY bagels. She loved them. She also loves pumpernickel bagels so I'm not sure if you can tell the difference between where the water comes from with pumpernickel. The bagels are from NY if that helps
