Got these in yesterday after replacing the post months ago. The old metal plate numbers were in bad shape and couldn't be saved, and I put off getting a nice address plaque made. For now, getting numbers put on the box needed to happen and these fit the requirements I had in size and reflectivity. Located at the end of a dead end road, so wanted to make it easier to find the address if there's any emergency. They're much easier to install than people have mentioned. The backing is longer than the front so it separates and peels off easily. The plastic overlay sheet helps align the numbers when installing, then you peel the plastic cover off as well, leaving only the adhesive number. It also peels off easily, but is also fully adhesive - it didnt look like it would stay adhered well if not removed. I saw many leave that clear plastic top layer on, but wanted it to look cleaner and those installs seemed prone to failure. The numbers even installed fairly well on the front of the box that isn't a smooth surface. That may not last, but time will tell. A heat gun may help, but don't have one. Looks great after install, now only thing to do is wait and see how they hold up.

These stickers were easy to install and look great. They are very crisp and show up nicely on my old mailbox!
