Great customer service.I bought this for my son for Christmas. This was #1 on his list and he was so happy and surprised to see it Christmas morning. I am honestly grateful for the coupon and the reasonable price which made this all possible.The scooter itself is amazing! He cruises through our neighborhood, it’s so fast! Has a headlight, brake light, horn, an app that assists him with operating the scooter .. there really are so many really cool features! We don’t live in a city, but this would be such a great commuter ride. I love how it folds up compactly so that it fits in my car.If you’re thinking of getting a scooter, but you aren’t sure which to go with, I’d say stop your search and give this one a shot. I really think the upgrade to the second model is worth the small increase in price, so keep that in mind! Happy riding :)

A friend of mine at work bought one of these, and I was impressed with his, especially at the price, to go ahead and get one for myself.Haven't ridden it alot yet, but from the short couple rides I took its pretty cool and I can see it's practical aspects for short distances. As others have pointed out, the tires,being what they are, make for a rough ride where you will be feeling every defect in your street, especially if you live in a neighborhood where they aren't the greatest about keeping up on them. Having an issue with the "Bluetooth" on the app connecting at times, but that may be due to interference in my area so we shall see.I had ZERO intention of spending $400-$700 on one of these things, so I am really liking the price I paid to get one, and the build quality looks to be really good also, with the exception of the "tire issue" mentioned previously here. They really should have thought that one out, and it is the reason I deducted a star. Having said that, no regrets on my part. I have one now, and I got it at a good price. Unless your expectations are super high, spending under $200, and adding this to your transportation "arsenal" would be worth it.

A less expensive and much lighter facsimile of the Segway Ninebot, from which the Maxshot appears to have taken many design cues. Rides well, supports even heavier riders (up to 250 to 260 pounds), good battery life with fairly quick charging. I strongly recommend you get the scooter with the solid (red-trimmed) tires, which are significantly less susceptible to punctures.
