My overall satisfaction rate after more than 1 week is actually 5 stars. The taste of the filtered water is great, and I started feeling safe while drinking the water. I totally recommend the product. The material of the carafe is glass, the general usage of the product is not complicated. However, right after I cleaned the water tank placed in the rear for the first time, I noticed that the plastic became foggy. I cleaned the tank with a sponge and a dish soap as they mentioned in the manual, but it got scratched easily with the sponge which you can see in the picture. I've chosen this model because they mention that this tank is BPA and BPS free, I trust them but this was disappointing to see right after I cleaned it for the first time. That's why I reduced to 4 stars.
