Colour is too light of kajal

Kajal colour does not show up after application..smooth nai hai ..it gives very light black colour ..I don't feel like I have applied it because of light color appearance !

Expired kohl. Sticker on the Kohl’s was already not closed. Moment I used it within an hour my eyelids swelled up. I had to go and see doctor.
