I bought this in 2022. Never managed to get it working and could never understand what I was doing wrong. Today, as I was clearing out the kitchen I decided to try one last time and ended up discovering what the problem was: I had been doing nothing nothing wrong, this is simply a 120v machine being sold in India which is actually 230v. This is just wrong and an obvious scam. If you intend on using this in India or any other country that is not 120v DO NOT BUY IT. I can't believe I just wasted 18k + away.

My Naturopath suggested this for us when my daughter had her tonsils & adenoids removed and it's been sooooo fun making healthy sorbets! We haven't even done the super fun recipes but this one comes with the recipe book (and they look super delicious!!) Our favouite blends usually include mixed berries & mango or pineapple or both. Most of the recipes are banana based but they don't have to be. Ideally let your frozen fruit sit out for 10 or 15 minutes and then it is a little easier on the machine. I like this deluxe model over the basic because when we make food we make a lot and this has slightly more power. This is a godsend for those of us who need to avoid dairy! Wonderful for summer! My kids are still a little young so they can't really help make it because you have to press down hard on the fruit with the tamper in order to press it through the machine. It comes out in funny skinny perfectly textured bits but I press it into icecream and then even scoop it with the icecream scoop to make it look authentic. It's up to the user to make it look good and taste good. If you put the effort in, this machine ROCKS!!!

This is easy to clean. If you have a sweet tooth is so much better to eat fruit than it is a bunch of sugary treats. It definitely satisfied my cravings. The recipe book is great. There is one mistake! The chai recipe calls for goram masala- THIS IS A SAVORY SPICE- USE A CHAI SPICE just like the name of the recipe. Other than that, it’s easy to use, easy to clean, healthy and delicious. It’s not made starting off that you could drop it several times so I don’t know that the price is really worth it but if you want this product bad enough, it is worth it.

Works well & easy to use. A little difficulty getting the part that shoots out the frozen treat clean, having a small brush to get into was helpful.

It's messy to use and take apart to clean. The extra price for the color, trim and recipe book was just not worth it for me. It creates a healthy sherbet, but I avoid using it because of the messiness. A smoothie is easier.
