This watch is a get what you pay for. It has good features but cheap methods exp.Like push the button 4 times to get the date. I purchased it for my niece who turned 9 and it was too big for her wrist. I would say she is a pretty normal build she was pretty excited to get a “fitness watch” though.

The directions to set up are not helpful and still haven’t been able to figure it out.

We received our sports watch quickly and I was happy with its ability to record steps. I purchased it as a gift for my daughter, and I tried using it prior to giving it to her.Unfortunately, my daughter pulled too hard on the band and broke it in half. I contacted the company looking to purchase a replacement band, and they let me know that they would be willing to gift it to us. I am very pleased that upon contacting them, they would be willing to do so. And the same customer service representative has been directed multiple messages from me so that I can have a cohesive experience, for this I am grateful and I wanted to share my experience.

Bought this watch for my daughter, It stop working completely after 6 days. It doesnt turn on, it doesnt charge the battery, nothing.

My daughter loves her watch!! She wears it all the time! It’s easy for her to use! She recently broke the band. I contacted the company and they were more than willing to help us out!! They are sending us a new one!

If I could give this zero stars I would! I gave this to my daughter for her birthday. She wore it one day and it ripped.

It is very light weight and not that noticible when you wear it. The charging of this device is very simple. And the fact that the count does not have a upper limit is very nice. Also uses great led display.

Very cheap band, broke the first day
