I've been taking a collagen and biotin supplement for awhile, and decided to try these because they had some added ingredients that I already take separately, and a few that I haven't tried but read they were helpful for hair, skin, and nails. So I figured I could get everything in one gummy and save a little money buying supplements.They taste good and don't cause any stomach upset, and I like that they are USA made. I know supplements don't work immediately, and since I was already taking a biotin and collagen supplement I'm probably not going to notice a lot of difference unless I stop and go back to taking them.
