Rear outlet of toilet is no 3.75β OD. Itβs closer to 4.125β. No stuck trying to find reducer to go from toilet to pvc.

constant odor, poor flushing
I needed to have a rear exit toilet to add a bathroom in a second floor, as the normal floor exit toilets arrangement would not work. I bought this toilet based on the rear exit style trap an the aesthetics. It does fit the look of the modern bathroom. The hardware is cheap, after a year the handle has broken and it's been difficult to find a side flush handle that functions properly as a replacement. The #1 issue that I have hated since day one is that the flush water falls down the rear of the toilet bowl only and stirs the water in the bottom of the toilet after use. Mixing the waste and water rather than flushing and removing all water and waste in the toilet. It isn't uncommon for my new bathroom remodel with lots of expensive tile and glass shower, etc to smell like urine. The flow of the toilet seems flawed in design. I'm contemplating replacing the toilet with a different one, but will first seek a plumbers advice if this is a design flaw common to rear exit trap designs vs traditional bottom exit.

Inlet supply fitting not typical USA commode size
Inlet supply not American. Gave up on trying to adapt it, threw the whole assembly in the trash, bought a standard fill assembly that took a normal commode riser. Works great. Beats jack hammering thru 8" of concrete or tearing out drywall to put in an anchor board. In Europe evidently the sewers are near street level. If I had known that, I would have bought an American Standard.
