I've bought them often. Inexpensive + great for when you feel like munching on a salty snack. They're healthier than most other salty snacks - Baked corn + rice, real cheese, no artificial colors, no preservatives, etc. Even sodium 100mg in 0.5 oz not awful IF I could eat such a small amount. Reality is I've actually finished the entire bag in 1 sitting (that's alot!). Ingredient list says "natural" and "organic", and although not a health food it's not as terrible as most bagged snacking foods. But again I never can eat just the small recommended portion size; 1 oz. (very small amount if you're hungry or watching TV + wanting to snack) has 190 mg Sodium. And since I usually eat the entire 10 oz. bag (not that much - I finish it in less than 15-30 mins.) the 1900 mg sodium I consume from 1 10 oz. bag is what I try to limit my sodium to for entire day :( (2 Gm Na diet is considered low Sodium diet for those with High blood pressure + other cardiac or other *eg. swelling) diseases sodium aggravates. Comparatively speaking (other bagged salty, greasy or high fat snacks) Pirates Booty Cheddar Puffs is a very healthy snack - But unhealthy compared to other things (carrots, celery, unsalted nuts, raisins, etc.) we could snack on. You decide - Other than few bags that were dry + stale, before expiration date, I'm kinda addicted to them (crave them) when I want a salty or cheesy snack. I'm thin and not a junk food type of person but * Usually they taste so good (addictive) I eat far more than I planned. Buy 2 bags - I do now. * "usually" means when not stale tasting - A few bags I bought this year were. IDK why? Always before expiration date - Maybe a small opening in bag caused it? Overall I should say I crave + love them :) I'm going to buy 2 more bags right now. I'd buy more but I know I can't stop myself when eating them to finish all I have - lol. And I really do try my best to eat mostly the healthiest foods available - Again for a treat/snack these are healthier than most other bagged salty, crispy, crunchy snacks I've had in my life. If they offered a low sodium, or no sodium, type, like many potato chip brands now do, I would be thrilled.

My favorite snack and it is healthy for you. Don't have worry about the calories and kids like it.

I first ate this product from a small bag that came in a gift box, but have ordered larger bags on their own because they are so light and tasty. Highly recommend!
