A great monocoat, and good value
Now my go to monocoat for my woodwork items as slightly cheaper than Rubio. It’s a two part which helps it to cure pretty quickly, has good coverage, and a fantastic finish on different wood types

EASILY THE BEST
I’ve been using 1 part hard wax oils (eg Osmo) for years. The real problem is the time that they take to cure and that you have to apply several coats. A 2 pack hard wax oil like Natura Onecoat comes with hardener which accelerates the cure. In my shop, it is touch dry in 30 or 40 minutes - meaning that I can move it off my bench and have no fear about dust spoiling the finish. Plus one coat. You can apply 2 coats but really you are just adding more wax as the oil in the first coat has sealed the wood. A little goes a long, long way. The only thing that matters to me on cost is not the cost per can but the cost per square metre- and Natura is by far the best. Cheaper than Rubio and goes further than Rubio. My one negative is still the cans - both now have spouts on to eliminate spills - which end up meaning you don’t get a seal on the can and the stuff goes off. I think plastic bottles are the way forward but what do I know about production and the problems of product in small bottles being damaged in transit - my deliveries often get lobbed over the gates!

The fumes 😱
Great for small areas but having just done a 220 ft² floor I have regrets. The fumes 7 days on are terrible and the finish is VERY matt. I preferred Liberon Hard Wax Oil by a mile.Wouldn't hesitate to use this on furniture as an alternative to Rubio Monocoat thoughEdit. The makers contacted me concerned about my comments. I supplied all the info, answered all the questions and even supplied images. Their conclusion was that it was poor application (!) or a fake product.Appalling attitude from them. Very disappointed.
