Defective item sent

Faulty product arrived with a printed letter missing. I asked seller for full refund plus postage label to return. They kept trying to bargain offering a percentage of a refund and for me to keep the hoodie. I did not want a defective hoodie I wanted a refund. They told me I would have to pay to return the item.Had to go through Amazon to claim my refund.
