Go back to old school tying.
I bought these for a birthday party. I found them difficult to work, and not really suitable for making in advance. The "stopper" has to be in the right place in the neck of the balloon, and you need to hold them straight up and down.I needed to get about 200 balloons filled out for some games for the party which was Saturday morning. It wasn't really practical for me to fill them up right before the games, and the stopper will melt away if you leave them filled up. The balloons are good quality, but not really worth the extra money since I needed to tie the majority of them anyway.

These balloons are great!
We love these balloons! I read the positive and negative reviews before purchasing. I watched the video even though the directions on how to properly set the little tab that blocks the water in. It's very easy to do and the kids love them. We stacked balloons in the ice chest 3 layers high and noticed only a few slightly leaking. I pulled those out and pushed the tab a little and they stopped leaking. Our balloons were pretty full too. Some of the balloons had microscopic holes in them but we find that in regular water balloons so it's just par for the course. We will but again! Thanks. :)

Nice idea, good try . . . . but not very successfully implemented.
Bought a package of 100. Several of the balloons did not have the "floaty device" that seals them in them. You have to work the floaty device into place. Younger kids (maybe under 10 or so) will probably not be able to do this or figure it out. Quicker than tying them, but . . . if you let the balloon set for a while, like if you want to build up a reserve of several, some of the floatation sealing devices will pop out just setting there. If the kids squeeze the balloons, many of the sealing devices will pop out and balloons will need to be tied. For the cost of 100 balloons . . . buy the regular balloons and tie them. We did about 20 out of the 100 and ended up tying most of them. If you fill one - throw it, fill another, throw it, fill another . . . . might be ok. But to fill a bunch, save them up, then do a "water balloon war . . ." these did not fair well. I am taking the rest back, getting my money back and just go with regular water balloons.

Ok but not totally impressed
Received these balloons Friday and decided to try Saturday. At first, I was filing with "lukewarm" water (per instructions for lukewarm or cold water) from the hose and the capsule was dissolving within 30 seconds of filling up. Then, decided to turn up the water flow full blast until warm water blew out of the hose and the water became cold. Turned the water back down to start filling the balloon up again. Better, but the capsule just lasted a little bit longer before dissolving. Probably 4 or 5 minutes at the most. Not impressed but believe this is a fairly new product and hopefully improves over time.

DO NOT BUY- RUINED OUR TREX DECK!
DO NOT BUY THESE! Our Trex deck was ruined by these. The capsule that seals the balloons comes out when the balloons pop and then immediately melted to the hot surface of our deck. They do not come off at all. The ones that we managed to pull off took the entire Trex surface off with them. We now have to repair our deck. Not worth 5 minutes of fun for all the money and time we now have to spend to fix our deck. There is no warning about this on the label.

There cool when they work
There cool when they work. 2 out 3 usually work OK but often there was a geyser type leak shooting out of the top or didn't seal at all
