This is a fantastic product!! The genius is that it actually mimics normal regularity by blending both soluble & insoluble natural fiber NOT like Metamucil which gives users a laxative effect. Can be mixed with a little juice or taken with just water having not necessarily an orange, but more tropical flavor that is not unpleasant. This product is a staple for great digestive health.

Used 30 years. Best blend with or without flavor. No gluten!

The picture on Amazon showed older version sweetened with stevia. Was shipped new version with sugar. We only use stevia and try to keep sugar out of our diets. Wish company would bring back healthy version and the accurate picture posted for the product.

The Yerba fiber mixes well, and works well. I take it when I won't be working out the following day. Depending on my diet, I can't always time the "process" properly. However, the orange flavor tastes bad. Plain is much better. If you can tolerate the taste, it is otherwise a good product.

I love it. I was looking for something that worked as well and tasted as good as Metamucil orange, but without the aspartame and coloring. The taste is not terrible (not as good metamucil orange), but I mix mine with about 1 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 heaping Tablespoon of fiber. And it tastes delicious every morning! I feel full, have regular good consistency BM's daily. This will be my new go-to fiber.

It's ok but has a funny taste to it

I love this fiber, it tastes good! I take it before bed and it works great !
