発酵カカオがインスタで流行っているので購入を検討する為調べた所、発酵カカオはポリフェノールが通常のカカオパウダーより減少するとのことです。アンチエイジング目的だったので普通のカカオパウダーを摂取する事にします。それを除けばこちらは良い物だと思います。

Tastes good and seems like very good quality.

It makes a nice hit chocolate with honey. It's not so strong and bitter as the cacao nibs

This is my first time purchasing cacao after trying it at blessing ceremony. I had never heard of it before but was informed that it has great nutritional benefits. I did a little more research and then selected this brand - I am very happy with my purchase. The taste of course is very chocolaty. I've been drinking it in the morning with breakfast and mixing one teaspoon of mushroom coffee and a dash of organic milk. The taste is wonderful and feel more energetic during the day.

Its great, just a little tart.
