This was recommended to me for using on an oild Victorian grate in our home, I was told it has been around for a long time and it is best stuff for this job. They were not wrong, it is excellent and does a super job. perfect to restore a dull cast iron fire place and grate.

Does an effective job on returning the colour to a tired fire basket and polishes to a nice satin shine. I do find that there is quite a residue left on the metal though. I guess, don't handle the polished item too much afterwards.

Easy to use. Nice sheen once buffed up with a soft cloth. Lasts a while as only need to apply a small amount

It rubs in and covers much like a back to black car bumper treatment. Visually our grey slightly rusty multi fuel stove now looks like new. But, about two hours into it’s first use (about 6 hours after application) the house began filling with acrid plastic burning fumes. We expect this will diminish over time, but having your windows, doors open and extractor fans on while trying to heat a house kind of defeats the object.

Easy to apply and use, make sure you open windows as the product does smell a little but after applying it to my cast iron fireplace inlay the smell goes away. Value for money. Made my dirty fireplace immaculate. Wear gloves when using and make sure you buff it thoroughly. Easy instructions.Really impressed with the results.

My wood burner was looking tired and faded. This product brought it back to life and looks brand new. No fumes! 100% recommend
