Prior to buying this I had a cooling gel pad on my chair and while it worked well, eventually I’d have back pain a lot. This thing has made a monumental difference in my daily computer usage. I hardly ever get back pain now and if I do it’s because I’ve been on the computer way too long that day. It’s perhaps slightly smaller than it could be for me personally, but it’s still nice and cushy and the lack of back pain means it was 100% an upgrade for me.

It’s probably me but does not help much. I find it uncomfortable and no relief from coccyx pain.
