Looks like a great item. Looking forward to setting it all up. It was listed on Amazon that a HDMI CABLE and BONUS BLANK DISKS were included, but they were NOT included. That was a big disappointment. Not very pleased with that!

We returned the DVD VCR recorder some time ago and we would like very much to get our refund.

purchased this on march 3rd, 2024....unit stopped working 2 weeks later. reported to seller [within the 30 day guarantee they stated] it is now Sept. 20th, 2024 and even after numerous messages to this seller I am still setting here with a broken device and no resolution to the problem. this is the worse seller i have ever dealt with in over 20 years of buying from Amazon. guess this is how they make their money, sell you something, take your money and don't do anything to honor their agreement. THIS SELLER IS A RIP OFF!!
