I recently installed the ALORAIR WHE3X8-26P heat exchanger in my hydronic heating system, and it has performed admirably. The 26-plate design offers a substantial 3.9 sq. ft. of heat transfer area, allowing for efficient thermal exchange in both heating and cooling applications. This is a solid product. It's made of 316SS and copper bonded. As far as I can tell the working surfaces are just 316SS so can handle corrosive materials, but I cannot verify this. The ports are sealed from each other on my sample so no fluid leakage contamination. Looking at the design I have no doubt it will be an efficient heat exchanger. Far better than others I have used in the past where they are basically two pipes welded together. Very well made unit.
