If you do not have experience burning resins like me, pay attention! I thought I would burn a candle below the screen and put the resin directly on the screen. First I noticed the candle got snuffed out and the holes of the “screen” were large, such that the resin was falling through. Reading back through the notes I discovered you must purchase 33 mm charcoal disks separately. You heat that up, and it acts like a tiny “grill” and burns the resin. Place the charcoal disks with resin in the base, then place the “screen” on top to allow smoke through!

This is a great idea

I love this incense burner because the handles allow me to handle it safely, the little removable tray inside is easy to empty of residue, the tongs are a bit clunky but they work.

The quality isn’t terrible, but it’s not that great either. It is what it is. It serves it purpose well enough. You get what you pay for. If using every day it should last about a year before you need to replace it.
