How is this preserved, with no preservatives or additives?

Hi Christina Our products use a patented steaming process which when packaged in our air-tight pouches so that no air can access or oxidize the vegetables. Mean that we are able to extend the shelf life of the vegetables without the need for preservatives. Thanks Fullgreen

I’m not sure what is used to preserve this but it’s pretty good taste wise.
