This just works, easy to use!
My head size just happens to be between sizes in terms of a newsboy type of hat I just bought. I wound up keeping the larger hat in the hopes of sizing it to better fit my head. I bought this hat size reducer to give it a shot. It was easy and seamless to use right out of the package. I simply lined it up under the headband inside the hat. I now can wear the "larger" hat which now fits nicely. I can wear it without fear of it falling off or blowing off my head with a small breeze. If you have a slightly too large hat, this tape should do the trick!

Seems good
I haven't been to wear the hat I used this for, hense the 4-star rating. Hoping it doesn't detach when I wear it for long periods of time, especially if out in the heat. Easy to place in my hat and seems like it will be comfortable.

Great for adjusting hat size
This product worked well to reduce the size of my hat. It was easy to apply and seems to adhere well. I used one piece to go around the perimeter of the hat, but you could easily cut it into smaller pieces if you didn’t need to reduce the size that much.

Too narrow and thin
I hadn't realized this item would be thinner and not as wide as other hat sizers I’ve purchased. I kept it because I needed to wear the particular hat I bought it for. It’s ok more for caps than for Panama hat types.

Fabulous product for very little money
Great value. It’s easy to apply and is hidden from view. Best part is it really works . My hat now feels like it was custom made for me.

Good product, no complaints
I gave it a shot cause I have a small head and all hats are large on me, and for the price I felt like i really had nothing to lose trying it out. Worked perfect the first time round, so i bought it again and likewise a good experience.Will probably have to buy a third roll for my last hat that needs it.Adhesive is good, fits all the way around the hat, dont even really notice that its in there, and definitely helps keep the hat on your head. Grateful for this product, thanks for reading!
