great splint, works for thumbs too!
Imagine my surprise when I received my splints and found out that they come in pairs. I bought 4 of them (thinking they were singles) and ended up with 8. My original plan was to return two of them but tried them on my thumb (that magically dislocates itself when I least expect it) and they work on my thumb as well. I dislocated my left big toe a few years ago and ended up with a bunion in a matter of days. I've bought Yoga Toes, taped it, and even ordered one of the plastic splints but nothing is really resolving the issue. The straps adjust to fit, add some arch support and there's even another velco strap that I criss-cross across my toe to bring it out further. They don't fit in my existing shoes but I wear them around the house and in bed and, between the great support and the stiff insert on the bunion side, look like they might just reshape my foot and decrease the size and pain of the bunion. I have a few other of their products and love them all. I wear the wrist compression sleeve under my thumb splint during the day.

Great for walking barefoot inside your home
I have severe bunions since I was a toddler and now I’m 26 so my feet are triangular shaped. Over the past few years I’ve been using yoga toes but of course they fall out. I am working on using things I can walk in and go to sleep in. I bought these for sleep and wearing inside of shoes but they only work well for walking barefoot inside my home. They don’t fit in shoes. I wear size 8.5 women’s. These are adjustable. If I’m seated I lose circulation in my big toes...That’s also the problem with sleeping in them. A few weeks ago I got a tiny shard of glass stuck in the upper portion of my foot. They also help take the pressure off my foot for that so I’m not limping around my home. Overall I like them and would buy them again.

Does it's job, but a bit bulkier than expected
I actually bought these for my big toe that I had shattered a year ago. I'm still having trouble wearing regular shoes, so I though these would help.Which they did!The only problem is that there's only one pair of shoes I can wear that fit over the brace (or what I'm using as a brace). I understand that's not really what they're meant for, but I had hoped they would look like the pictures shown. I chose this brand by pictures alone, which again, is my bad.I still have five stars, because I'm using them as a brace, not a bunion corrector. So if you're using them for only bunions, the product works great. If you're like me, and awkwardly shattered your toe by tripping up the stairs like a dolt, then broke it again on mother's day a year later, then maybe find something a little less bulky. Also, they're not very clear on instructions. It has a little slip of paper kind of explaining how it goes on, but if you disassemble them without remembering how they come apart, it might be hard to figure out.Basically, don't do anything I do. Don't make the same mistakes, and you'll be just fine 😁

Lacks Structure to be Effective
My big toe turns inward and overlaps the next toe. This was caused by bunions which I had surgically fixed. I put these correctors on and was unable to tighten the toe strap and strap around my foot tight enough to keep my toe from turning inward. I tried every adjustment I could imagine, but every time I took a step, the toe moved effortlessly inward. At that point, the strap around my foot was squeezing my foot to much and was very uncomfortable. The part that wraps around the foot is mesh fabric and has no structure to act as an anchor for the toe. These are also advertised as being comfortable wearing inside your shoe; I didn't find that to be the case. I was going to return, but missed the Amazon window.

So far so good
I have slight bunions but have also had fractures in a few places in my left foot. I also have Neuropathy and am hoping that I can sleep tonight without the tingling sensation that I always have to endure at night. After I finally figured out how to put them on correctly I felt relief within a few minutes. ( the name goes on top of the foot) I used the heel strap to secure it a little tighter where it looked loose and it works comfortably. I also work remotely so the only shoes these are going to be comfortable in are house slippers but it is worth it to me it’s also helped my issue with my sciatic nerve today and I have only been wearing them about 2 1/2 hours. Will update about whether or not it helps with my neuropathy.

Great product. Didn’t last long,
I really liked how the product was easy to use, comfortable while correcting a bunion, and I could use it during my work out As previous reviews stated. However, the steel shank weekend to penetrate through the Velcro on both pieces after using them about 12 times .
