Update Jan 7, 2026: They're still working great but now it's difficult to find them for sale. I'm trying these dry eye drops to see if they can replace my prescription medicine, Xiidra, because it's so expensive. I've been using it for just over a month, and it's been great! Using them 3 times a day works best for me. I knew they would sting my eyes when I purchased them, and they definitely do that, but I keep my eyes closed for a minute or two, and then everything's fine. I'll continue to use unless/until they stop working.

Burns but completely helps the eyes after!!! Worth the burning to see better. Those blue lights and everything else our eyes are exposed to… they too need a good direct vitamin.

This product is something that you have to use sparringly, for the price that you pay. When you use it, it will make your eyes water. And when you place them in your eye, you will need to keep your eyes closed for a period of time, because there is such a large amount of salt content in them that you can not just put them in your eye and open your eyes and go. It will take some time to let your eyes adjust to the salt content.

These drops and gel are by far the best of the many things I’ve tried for my dry eye issues. Yes, they do burn for a few seconds when you first put them in - but it’s worth it and my presciption drops burn too but they don’t work as well. The gel burns a little bit more and longer than the drops (Cequa) so I use it before bed. The drops I use in the morning and midday. Works better for me than the expensive prescription drops. I make sure to stock up whenever I can or I sometimes order directly from Australia because I don’t ever want to run out!

THESE EYE DROPS FEEL LIKE IF YOU PUT SOME VERY SPICY CHILI IN YOUR EYES. IT HURT AND STUNG A LOT. IF YOU WANT TO TORTURE YOURSELF THEN THESE WILL DO THE JOB.
