Dr. Weil Matcha Kari - Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder - 30 grams - Japanese Barista Grade

Organic Barista Ceremonial: This is a really great matcha. I was concerned "barista grade" may not be as good as ceremonial grade, but I decided to try it anyway because it's about $11 cheaper (and it's still a ceremonial grade vs culinary). This matcha has a nice bright green color, and it smells very fresh and springy. I used 1/2 a teaspoon, and I would say a little goes a long way in flavor with this one. It's strong, fresh, bright and mildly bitter. It also is very smooth and blends really well - no residue or matcha bits floating in the bottom of the cup. I've followed Dr. Weil for a long time, and as the "Father of Integrative Medicine," I trust him to make a good product. It's lab screened which is important to me as well, and I think it's fairly priced - esp compared to the $60 brand that a lot of influencers have jumped on which has 2 less servings. Definitely recommend!

This is the best matcha powder I've had! I've already bought it over 4 times, its great! The only thing is I do wish it would last longer for the price.

The matcha color is vibrant and a green i've never seen before. Compared to the cheaper Matcha's I have tried, this one just blew me away. There was no residue at the bottom of my cup, and no bitterness in taste to dry out my tongue. It seems pricey at first, but 30 grams for $18.99 is a solid deal and 100 grams for $44.99 is even better. You can't really beat the quality for that price. This is the perfect starter "Ceremonial Grade" for those somewhat new to Matcha like me. If this is Matcha Kari's middle of the line product, then I can't imagine the quality of their top shelf product. I would recommend this Matcha to someone with any level of expertise and I would definitely purchase again.
