If you're planning on hanging this on your wall this should work just fine for you, assuming there's a few inches of clearance below it. But if you're going to use it as a standing hanger, it might be an issue for necklaces. It's not very tall - so anything longer than about 16" is going to be touching the ground (well - whatever you have this standing on). It's also pretty unstable as a stand (unless you're able to hang stuff on it without actually applying pressure at all to the stand - which is almost impossible - especially for earrings).I'm only using this for necklaces as I don't wear any other jewelry, and I have it hanging up - so for me, this is great. The only mirrors in our house are in the bathroom - so I keep all my necklaces in there - the counter is super small. While this takes up more space than needed (since 1/2 of it is for earrings) - it's wall space, which I have a lot more of to spare in there. And it keeps my necklaces away from the sink, so no more getting splashed.The price is good. I did find some alternatives on the Kohls website that were priced the same (or cheaper) - they have a surprisingly huge selection of these - but of course they were on sale & I have no idea if the prices would be similar now.Ultimately - it's a good, cheap rack that's easy to hang & does what I need it to do.

I order two of these birdcage jewelry organizers. One for a gift and the other for me. One was in perfect condition and the other one had pits and a rough surface. The packaging was very cheap. One was package in a protected bag and the other one wasn't. There was some air bags in the box, but the organizers were loose in the box. The one organizer that had pits and a rough surface was not from the lack of packaging, but was from the manufacture. I feel that Zoohu could of inspected the product and made sure that the jewelry organizer was without pits and a rough surface before shipping it out. So I am disappointed in the one birdcage. The birdcage jewelry organizers are made well and seem sturdy except for the surface finish on one of them.

This is a cute pice but it isn't as functional as it could be. Great for hanging earring and bracelets but necklaces are to long and hang over the bird. You also have to be careful, if you load all the hooks with necklaces and bracelets the unit wilt not hang straight if mounted to the wall. We hung the necklaces across the bottom and works fairly well.

It's okay. I wanted it to hang on the wall behind a door. If I hang it on the wall as is, it's too difficult to hang earrings into the earring slots. It needs something behind it so it doesn't lay flat against the wall to make it so the earrings are easy to get in and out. I have it standing up and it's fine.

I bought this for myself and I put it on the wall. Though it comes with feet on the bottom I doubt it would stand on its own, maybe leaning against a wall it could work. When putting earrings on it I noticed it sat flush against the wall and had a hard time getting earrings through the holes - the hook would hit the wall. The feet on the bottom can turn though, so I turned them slightly to prop it out from being completely flush against the wall and it works fantastic! I get lots of compliments and it's very decorative.

I purchased two of these, and they are adorable. They are simple enough, being plain painted metal, and if you hang it from a single hook in the top loop you will have to watch the balance between necklaces and earrings to keep it hanging straight (or just put a couple of stopper nails down in the bottom, at the feet) but it looks wonderful on my wall, filled with jewelry. It will also sit on a dresser if you rotate the feet, but this is not recommended if you have cats. Keep it on the wall and you'll love it.

And crooked, but I like it well enough to keep it. It works for my stuff, but it might not if you wear heavier jewelry. Cute, though, and would be nice hanging on a wall. (I have it standing.)

This earring holder looks great on the wall. I was able to drape nearly all my frequently used necklaces on it and the bird silhouette effectively peeks through the chains. As a special bonus, I was able to top the "tree" with my grandmother's antique gold pins that would otherwise never see the light of day. It was so pretty that I mounted it on my bedroom wall instead of my bathroom wall.
