I am absolutely in love with my bike. I have almost 1300 miles on mine and it's just as great as the day I purchased it. I did have a issue with my front fork bottoming out but I contacted Aniioki and they put the new fork in the mail. It was stopped at customs and returned to Aniioki and they shipped it out all over again. They stand behind their products and I love mine. 67 miles in one day all throttle with battery to spare was my best single trip. We go a week at a time on short runs before needing to charge. Best money I've spent.

48v Aniioki Pro review. Took only 5 days from order to delivery. The bike is packaged very well and came with no damage. I ordered the silver/gray in color. Looks awesome. Fit and finish is excellent, welds look perfect. Bike is very fast and has a lot of Torque. Front and rear suspension works great for a comfortable ride. This is my 2nd e bike I've owned and I sold that one because it didn't have rear suspension. Dollar for dollar for all the features you get, plus a battery that seems to last forever, you're not going to find a better bike out there.

Received the bike from the California warehouse, delivered in just 3 days.Very easy to assemble with no missing parts. As some others have reported, there may or may not be an issue with the chargers that come with the bikes. Mine went out unfortunately, after just 3 weeks.I had contacted Aniioki customer service, and was greeted by a very kind and very informative rep. The rep assured me that my issues were surely coming from the charger. I was then told they would send out an expedited heavier duty charger out of China. This was not the case. The upgraded charger came from California and again...just another 3 days. Charger is working flawlessly, and all issues resolved.Could not be happier with the experience!

It only took five days from placing the order to receiving the goods. The quality of the goods was very good after receiving them. The delivery speed was also very fast. If you encounter any problems, the after-sales service is also very patient to explain to you and help you solve the problem.

I like the style of bike and it does go as fast as advertised but there are quality issues and a weak response from customer service addressing problems. TIRES ARE OF POOR QUALITY and the screws on the brake rotors were coming loose and falling out. This damaged my front fork(put a hole on one side) and they did not respond to my emails for help with this issue. They knew there was a problem and their response was to eventually send new screws. Seems like everyone is having a problem with the seat sliding down when riding. An easy problem to fix yet they have done nothing about this. I get pretty good mileage on a charge but not the 100+ advertised. After 30 or 40 miles there is some decline in power output. I drive throttle only which works for me but when I do use the PAS, I FIND IT SLOW TO RESPOND.I am concerned about the overall quality of this $2000 ebike and probably would have returned it but, as I said earlier, BUYER BEWARE, it'll cost you to return the bike.

I’ve owned my ANIIOKI bike for a year now and I have to say that I love it. My only complaint is that the seat doesn’t adjust high enough for me. But I love the way it rides and the battery distance capability. Also I love how much adjustability the power assist has. I’m 6’4” tall and 265 lbs and this bike takes me anywhere I want to go.

They sent the wrong headlight bracket and the seat post clamp broke as well. They eventually sent me the right headlight bracket and I'm currently waiting for the seat post clamp. Other than that the bike is nice. If I didn't have the previous problems the bike would get 5 stars.
