What a great relief. I believe this is a must have if you are struggling with stiff neck muscles and you have sedentary job lifestyle. The massager is made with quality material and battery life is very good too. It is a great device to treat sore muscles.

Tl;Dr Get this if you have knots in your neck from poor posture. I have occasional tightness and discomfort at the base of my neck and this works quickly and effectively in getting rid of them. Great feature is you can fasten it to your back for hands-free operation and can move about freely since it is also cordless. Long(er) story: I've had one of older style shiatsu neck massagers for 10 years and the PU was degrading, plus it just stopped working. I decided to try this since it looked more compact, is cordless, price was right, and reviews were decent. GREAT decision, seeing it IRL confirmed it is much more compact and it comes with a bag so I don't have finagle the long flapping arms when storing it. I cannot attest to its durability since I've only used it 1x but I am hoping this stays with me for a long time.

I ultimately decided to return the item after testing it for a day. While it is marketed as providing massages for the neck, shoulders, and back, I found that its primary effectiveness lies in neck massages. The device only makes superficial contact with the shoulders and back, and to truly experience its intensity, one must lean against a wall or another hard surface. I encountered difficulties in finding a suitable position, as it tended to bounce when I tried using it on the couch. Although the item functions as intended, I grew weary of having to adjust my body repeatedly to achieve the desired effect.

This has been a huge relief while I wait for an appointment with my doctor. I am able to move it and position it for maximum effect to massage my neck and shoulder and the heat is an added relief. An excellent purchase.
