Great TV for the price.
This is a great TV. We ended up getting it on a deal through Amazon so that is a plus!! It has a great picture quality and the sound is decent for TV speakers. We will be getting a sound bar/surround sound soon, but even without it the TV sound is great. It has three HDMI ports and it does have auto dimming brightness. The connectivity was pretty quick for this TV, but I will say there is a very slight lag. However; considering how basically everything runs off an app now im not surprised there is some what of a lag. If you want a larger TV but you don't want to break the bank and you aren't using your TV for constant gaming this TV is a great choice!

Love it! The cats like it too!!
I had a 65” Hisense TV that just died after 4 years so I needed to replace it. I am really happy with this TV. The picture is awesome. It was very easy to set up and I have a soundbar of same brand which connected easily. With the soundbar and subwoofer sound is awesome. I can easily switch to another input to enjoy my Roku system and also a cable box. I was also able to connect an antenna which has proven useful when the WiFi goes out because I can pick up all the local free channels as well. Great product - I hope it lasts for a while too- I did buy the 2 year protection plan to be on the safe side. That’s the most they sell for this model. Learned the hard way with the last tv that an extended warranty or plan would have been helpful. I essentially had to just throw the other one away. Glad I read the reviews - this really was a great buy all the way around at a very reasonable price. I’ve had it for a little over two months now and no issues to report. Happily it is sturdy and is also surviving the cats when they watch Birder King on YouTube!

a satisfying purchase
The television possesses an appropriate size, color quality, and clarity. It is a smart TV that is straightforward to set up and operate after a brief period of familiarization. It comes with various pre-installed applications and facilitates the easy downloading of additional apps as needed, allowing users to economize on purchasing a streaming device. No lag was experienced after activating the game display mode. Overall, this is a well-functioning smart television offered at a reasonable price. It is a satisfying purchase.

Great picture quality.
Nice T.V. for the price. Took a few days to get used to how to navigate apps and controls. Picture quality is great. Needed to select custom picture, then adjust screen color and brightness ect. because standard setting was way too vivid. Unfortunately the week aspect of the T.V. are the speakers. Speakers produce sizzling high end, but very poor base. Base just set at 50% will distort at 30% volume. Very disappointing. I do have a sound bar with a good subwoofer that saves the day. For some reason the sound bar only functions while watching Sling. When trying to watch Prime, sound bar blinks green and doesn’t produce any sound? Not sure why or how to fix. Overall, great T.V. for the price. Would recommend.

My first 55-inch TV and it works great
I have several 32-inch smart TVs and a 75-inch one, but this is my first 55-inch TV. The price was great at $206, the lowest I could find. During the online purchase, I had two options of having it delivered to my house in 4 or 5 days, or picking it up at Best Buy the next day. Duh. Obviously, I chose the latter option. Picking it up was totally simple. They had it ready, and I just needed to load it into my car. I have a little Nissan Versa 4-door sedan, and the salesmen inside Best Buy sort of shook their heads when I asked them if it would fit. However, after opening the back windows and nudging the large box up and down and sideways in my back side floor, I finally got both doors shut all the way and made it home OK.Getting it out of the box and onto my huge desk required muscle and ingenuity. I'm a 5' 9" weightlifter and so placing it on the desk was not really a problem, but it might be too heavy for some people. Setup was one of the smoothest and easiest in a long time. I first connected the wifi to my upstairs modem, and after entering the modem name and password, it successfully connected in a couple of seconds. Establishing my other services was just as quick and easy. First was adding my Amazon Prime Video and then my YouTube Premium accounts. The TV gave several options. I chose the remote option to just type in the passwords and stuff. It's been 24 hours, and its hard to remember exactly what I did. I think I used the pictured icon to take a picture of with my iPhone camera to set up the Amazon account. Yea, that's right. Then my phone got a Bing, and I had to say "yes" to accept. It showed the 6-digit code which matched the one on the TV. So, hit "yes," and then Amazon Prime Video was successfully installed on my new TV. I think I had to do another routine to set up my YouTube Premium. I had to go to my computer and type in "youtube/code" or something like that. I can't remember the entire process. I had to either type in the code in either my computer or my TV or else just accept it as I did with the Amazon steps. Either way, it was simple and logical, and fast and easy. In an amazing time of about 10 or 15 minutes, my TV was totally hooked up and ready for watching videos.I already have a couple or more Insignia TVs which are 32-inch. They have worked for me for several years now without any problems. This particular 55-inch TV is great. I would buy another one.

Works great
Easy to mount on a ceiling mount that I purchase separately. The TV works as it is supposed to. The sound and picture qualities are good. They can pre-programmed with premium channels as well as Freon demand and local channels with the ability to add more via internet downloading. Bluetooth connectable easily connect various items, like a speaker or a phone and other remote type items etc.It look like it was a good TV and the price was pretty amazing so all in all I'm happy with the size I got which was the 50 inch and the visible portion of the programming screen area is not blocked by a very large frame like some can de. and the biggest TV I think I've ever had LOL.

10/10 Purchase
Excellent picture quality. I use a soundbar so I can’t speak for the sound. FireTV is pretty good too. I like that you can speak into the remote and find whatever you’re looking for. Amazing TV for the price. Have had it for almost three months now.
