This probiotic is indeed effective. It helped me manage candida overgrowth, especially when combined with fermented drinks like kombucha and kefir. Over the years I’ve learned the best ways to take it: some days one capsule while fasting, other days up to three, also fasting. While my knowledge about candida and fermented foods played a role, this supplement definitely supported me in the process. Highly recommended.

The item was delivered promptly and I’m giving three stars because it says that it’s acidophilus on the ingredients not l Reuteri like it says on the label .We ordered this for my partner to make l Reuteri yogurt. We will use it to make probiotic yogurt but I would recommend to research the other strains which are more expensive but should guarantee the right product.

Easy to swallow, 4 months supply. Great stuff!
