It’s crazy how a small tiny square of chewing mint can pack this much of an energy punch. Each one has 50mgs of caffine they sell them stronger and weaker but I find this mg to be the best. Chew 1 piece for a pick me up or chew 2 or 3 for a rush. Great for on the run and on the go and super easy to carry on the go. Keep a pack at work in the locker and a pack in the car. Also the minty flavor lasts decently long so you get the breath fresher part and the energy. I chew it for 5 mins and if needed at that point I’ll spit it out and chew another one but it’s fast acting and hits fast

Works very well, tastes like any other gum and is easy to just pop in your mouth. Relatively cheap and gives you a little jitters if you aren't used to having caffeine. Otherwise works quickly

The taste is good and it works very well but I ordered the 40 pc pack of gum but I opened it and counted and only counted 30 who ate my other 10?

I cannot say enough, good things about this gum! First of all, it taste amazing! Secondly, it lasts forever and doesn’t get hard and tasteless. But the best part is the energy you get from this gum! It’s a perfect pick me up when your dragging!

This gum is awesome. Tastes good and actually gives me a quick boost when I need it. I’ll chew it before the gym or in the afternoon when I’m feeling tired, and it helps me focus without the jitters. Way easier than making a pre-workout or grabbing another coffee. Definitely worth trying!

If you are prone to migraines, you might want to steer clear of this! The taste and texture is great, but I ended up sick each time I had a piece of gum...

Taste was good, energy boost....not so much!

This stuff is awesome. Most other caffeinated gums and mints have way too much caffeine, the caffeine content in this is more manageable for people that don't drink coffee often or who only consume weakly caffeinated drinks or are smaller and need less. This stuff also makes it easy to pace yourself when you aren't quite so sure how much pep you need to perk up or when you are hoping to still sleep at a reasonable hour. The mint is strong but I don't mind. Other caffeine gums have a bad rap for being bitter but the bitterness here is very mild. These are also sugar free which is great!
