Can we use some and store the rest in the fridge? how long does it last after being opened?

I used it for a baptism then pit the bag in the fridge ans used 7 days later for a 4th of July Party and it was still good

will these work in a star dispenser?

We have a Gold Medal Nacho Cheese Warmer/Dispenser 5300 & it works in that. (The Rico ' s brand cheese might be more expensive than others, but it's great tasting & worth it! )

Will it work in the el nacho grande machines

Yes, these work great in the Gold Medal Nacho Grande Cheese Dispensers. One is attached while the other stays inside in the warming tray so it's ready to change & serve right when the other runs out. The only bummer is that I've had two of the machines go out past the warranty dates. (I used these at my son's Jr. HS for the teachers & they LOVED nacho day all day long!)

yes it is a real good price . I can get it at Ricos in San Antonio but only comes in 110 oz I think or120oz. Where it used to come in 140 all the time for the same price.might cost a little extra on line but the gas not used make up for it.

Sour taste

We have served nacho cheese at our store for 10 years and this is by far the worst tasting cheese I have ever had. It tastes sour and yet I bought 4 cases and they all taste the same. The first bag was so bad we threw it out and tried another which we threw out too. I called the company but no returns....I usually don't do reviews in fact this is my first one but I felt customers should know before they buy it since ya can't return food products like this. By the way we threw out all 16 bags:(

Easy to use

Product was recommended by a friend for a large superbowl event at church. We had 8 bags for 550 people which turned out perfectly. Guests enjoyed the flavor and ease of use with machines. Like all machine cheese, it does take a long time to heat, so make sure you start hours before your event. We’d definitely order again.
