First one broke quickly, replacement came quickly and my guy loves it!

I recently purchased this item. Great product overall. Very durable and heavy duty. The only problem I've had with it is that the piece that screws on to the treaded rod seems to big for it. It does not screw on fully. Is there any way I can I can get this piece?

When I first bought this product I was excited. I have had these in the past but have gave them away. This one, was not like the others. This one was defective. It never worked. The plunger never seemed to work. The filter and everything always fell apart. When attempting to screw everything back on, nothing would work. It wasn’t tightening at all. I’m really unsatisfied! Never met my expectations, am still not happy

After month of use found some problems 1) need to use a permanent coffee filter from my pot cause of a lot of grounds 2) inside part comes apart takes forever to get parts out. 3) very hard to put back together after cleaning 4) it hallow and water got inside hallow part no clue how to drain it only use washer sprayer to clean it.

Wow! I love this new French Press Coffee maker!! It is so sturdy and you can pour very hot water in it without fear of glass breakage, since it is metal. LOVE it!!! If it is in the sink and hits another item, no worries! Makes delicious French Press coffee and I am enjoying it. Thank you!

Very happy with the design, however the filter assembly threads were stripped out on the initial delivery and first use. Seller provided a total replacement for cost of shipping at $8.

The plunger won’t stay screwed together. Only had less than a month! Very disappointed. The only good thing it kept the coffee hot for a decent amount of time.

Also include a great instructions for making perfect coffee! I bought this because I kept breaking my glass ones!
