I bought this a week ago and I’m down 9 pounds. I’ve been eating once a day. It took a few days but on day 4, I really noticed that my appetite was curbed. Now on day 7, I can’t believe that I’m not hungry. I always have food noise but not now. These pills are very effective because I never NOT want to eat. The price is great for such a big impact.

Note this is my first day taking and I can notice a small difference and if you take this long enough you’ll definitely notice a difference, note one small thing, after few hours after taking it I feel extremely drowsy like I can go to sleep, I’m not the type of person to nap or anything but nevertheless all good product👍🏼

UPDATE #1 It's only been 2 weeks since he been taking these. I know he's taking them every morning with the other supplements I put out for him. I haven't said anything to him, and I don't think he's even noticing it, but he's eating much less. Every night at dinner time, he usually goes back for seconds and sometimes thirds. Since he's been taking this, he's been on average, only having one serving. I did ask him a few times if he ate a big lunch because of how little (for him) he's eating, and he's been saying that he hasn't had time to eat during the day being so busy at work. He won't go on the scale unless I ask him to. So I still can't say if he's lost any weight, but it definitely curbs his appetite. I will update again after he finishes the bottle!I actually got these for my husband. He has taken them for the past few days and says it has definitely curbed his appetite. He's pretty chunky and the only time he eats healthy is if I feed him. His appetite has always been ferocious, even when he's eating my healthy food, he eats a lot of it. I was hoping these would help and I did notice that he's eating a little less than usual. I will try to remember to update this review after he has finished the bottle. Keeping my fingers crossed that this actually helps him.The best part is, these are "proudly made in the USA" I don't trust supplements made in other countries, especially one in particular (the one we get most of our stuff from, not sure I can say it on here)

The price of this item seems to fluctuate, but it seems $8-$10 is the average price. My wife really liked how it only requires one capsule per day and can be taken right along with a meal. Another brand she tried required two pills a day and said it was best to take the pill 20-30 min before eating. Most importantly, she did notice eating less after taking this brand.

After a couple of days taking them, I have noticed my appetite has decreased by half. My sweet tooth is less active. So far I have lost 5 pounds. I am not sure if it is water weight or not, but I couldn't be happier.Before taking these, people joked that I could eat my weight. We just had the 4th of July celebration, and my family was surprised I stopped after my second burger and one rack of ribs. Last year, I had people betting on when I would stop shoving food into my mouth. As a kid, I was often starved and as an adult I struggle with consumption because a part of me still has the fear of starving. The pills will be a great help while I go through my journey to heal from that trauma.I have not noticed a deference in my sleep patterns.The ingredients seem effective and considering the results they are a great price.

I haven't noticed this really suppressing my appetite very much yet yet it is a little and I need to give this a bit longer. It does not make me jittery and I sleep just fine on it. Excellent ingredients and the quality of the price is outstanding. I will continue to give this longer to work. So far so good.

I've been taking this a little over a week now. It really does suppress my appetite without making me feel sick or any negative side effects. It's not going to lose weight for you but definitely a good aid, especially if it's hard for you to say no to cravings like me
