Lovely quality.
This product is made in India. It is natural and unbleached and perfect . I use it when I need to roast turkey. I open it up and soak it in one warmed bottle of white wine with two sticks of melted butter then gently squeeze it out and lay it so I have three or four layers over my seasoned and stuffed turkey. Then I put it into the oven at 425 for 30 mins and baste it every 30 minutes. After about 30 mins to an hour I turn the heat down to 375 and I take off the cover after it's gotten a small amount of golden on the skin. I flip the entire bird so it's breast side down then I cook it until it reaches the desired temperature. The cloth makes it flawless. Beautiful and moist every time.

An excellent product; try washing it in the laundry before using
When I first opened my package I was worried that the weave on this cheesecloth was too wide, and that I would have to fold and layer it many times before I could use it to strain yogurt. As I have with other brands of cheesecloth, I ran this cloth through the clothes washer (warm water wash, medium heat dry). It came out with a tighter weave. I used it, and it worked well. I then ran it through the wash again, just to get it cleaned. (I don't know if this is the way it's supposed to be cleaned, but I do it anyway!). Once again, the weave came back a little tighter. It was actually at a pretty good, fairly tight weave at this point, after two washes. Of course, the newfound tightness means that the cloth shrank in overall size quite a bit. In order to strain yogurt, I use two of these cloths, each folded in half. (So four layer of this cheesecloth in all.) With the wash-tightened weave, this is perfect. Really, my yogurt strains perfectly. And it comes off the cheesecloth very easily, too. I've used other, cheap brand of cheesecloth that have to be folded layered six or eight or more times, and the the yogurt sticks to the layers. But not this one, it is wonderful! I've washed it probably four times now, and the weave doesn't seem to have gotten any tighter than it did after the first two rounds of washing. That's fine by me; I think it's great the way it is. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Sometimes these unravel
These sometimes unravel. But they are not that bad when they are put together properly.

Just the type of cheese cloth that I needed for my art fabric projects.

Disappointed
It was not fine enough for cold brew and was hard to cut and flimsy

Just what I needed for my art
I just received the cheese cloth and was confused that it seemed to be only 36 inches square instead of the 36x72 (2 square yards) statement on the product information. Then I went back and looked at the edges closely. There was another fold that, once opened, turned the cloth into 2 yards x 36 inches. I had to laugh at myself. Yes, other reviews have mentioned the thickness/ thinness of the weave but that is no problem with me. I bought the cloth to use in my fiber art pieces, to layer over cloth scraps, ribbons and embellish with stitches and odd items. It will work nicely!
