Sony WF-1000XM5 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds Noise Cancelling Earphones - Smoke Pink

Item arrived in perfect condition, brand new for a discounted price. The earbuds have great noise cancelling features and come with multiple sizes of buds making them fully adaptable. The case of the earbuds does run out of charge faster than my previous pair (which are gen 1 airpods), but with the addition of noise cancelling I knew this may be likely.

Tardo mucho en comprar audífonos ya que siempre uso los mismos por muchos años, y cuando mis airpods comenzaron solo a durar 30 minutos supe que era tiempo que jubilarlos y comprar otros. Ya tengo los WH-1000XM4 por lo que sé que Sony es una marca increíble para el audio y más que nada el ANC (la cual es muy importante para mi, ya que me da ansiedad muy fácil con los sonidos fuertes) es fenomenal. No soy experta en audífonos, pero estos WF-1000MX5 son MAGNÍFICOS en cuanto a ANC. Hoy los usé en la calle y transporte público y muy apenas podía escuchar voces y ruidos (y si ponía música ya no escuchaba absolutamente nada). Sin duda la cancelación de ruido es mejor que los WH-1000XM4. La música también se escucha muy muy bien, y el color Smoky pink es precioso.

Amazing headphones! The sound quality is top-notch, and the noise cancellation is just incredible—it completely blocks out noise on my commute or in a busy office. They are very comfortable to wear and the battery lasts a long time. Highly recommended!

Initial impressions as I've just gotten these. I got these as a replacement for my Samsung Buds 2 Pro which I unfortunately lost, so they are my reference points for review. Positives: - The earbud tips are a nicer foam compared to the silicone ones on the buds2. - The ANC is noticeably better. I hear very little even on the back of the bus; passing cars only make a faint "swoosh" noise. - The build quality of the buds themselves and tips feels a touch more premium. I like the look of the pink color. - More extensive touch controls. Negatives: - The case feels way worse than the buds 2 and really is my main gripe with this product. Personally earbuds are an everyday essential which I carry around everywhere and the feel/shape of the case matters a lot to me. Case problems: - Noticably larger in both dimensions. Fair bit thicker than the airpods case (flatness matters a lot) and is in general significantly larger than the buds2. - The outside of the case is a really scratchy matte finish that doesn't feel really good to hold and I don't have confidence in its drop resistance. I had them in the same pocket as my keys which immediately left noticable black scuffs on the case (which luckily wiped off). - The hinge is pretty terrible. It feels a bit flimsy to open/close compared to airpods and especially compared to the buds2. Also it is not as rigid as it should be - you can feel some flex when you try to rotate the top cover of the case. - Since these are not airpods there is a very limited selection if you do find yourself wanting a case (as I did after experiencing previous points). - The auto-eartip feature of the software gave me a very poor config that made it feel like the buds were going to fall out. - Minor nitpick: if you wear these with a touque/beanie style hat and it covers the buds, the subtle rubbing will make a lot of noise. I think this is also caused by the buds "sticking out" of your ears a fair bit. Initial impressions for me so far are 3/5. I did get these on sale. Hopefully these last a while.

My husband likes them but every time i used them to work out they just slip out and the part that goes in your ear peels until you will have to buy a new cushion

Let’s get the positives out of the way: The audio quality, noise cancellation, battery life, and stuff you can do in the Sound Connect app are all great. The mauve color is also really nice I won’t lie. However for its price just buy airpods man. I had a pair of airpods before this and one of them broke so I figured I’d try something new, I really shouldn’t have. I got them like 100 dollars off and still am not satisfied with how much I paid for these. To get the big things out of the way, the airpods just have a better designed… pod ear thingy, idk what you call it man but the “neck” they have is just such a better design. The tap buttons instead of tactile clicky buttons suck because any, and I mean ANY slight thing that brushes up against the pods (like hair for instance) count as a press. I had to turn them off in settings and guess what they still make that annoying noise when something brushes up on them even when the touch feature isn’t set to do anything. The pods also get like a lot more greasier and gross compared to airpods and once again I think this is where the neck really saves the day because you kinda just have to touch the entire pod for these, whereas the neck doesn’t go into your ear on the airpods. The airpods also just fit better in my ear, and yes I’ve tried all the ear pieces, it’s not like they’re sliding out don’t get me wrong but just not as tight. This is super nitpicky but even the case is a lot cheaper feeling than the airpod case. I can’t stress enough that I’m not some apple fanboy I really couldn’t care less but even at full price the airpod pros I had blow these out of the water man. Every day I use these is a day I wish I just like repaired my airpods or got a new left pod. They frustrate me regularly which maybe that sounds like I have some emotional control problems but airpods never did so take that as you will hahaha. I think I’m just gonna bite the bullet and buy a new left airpod. I wouldn’t buy these, maybe 2 star is a little uncharitable but I don’t care anymore I just don’t.
