Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This ProductI had a very poor experience with this product. The sound quality is terrible and worst while we try to fit in ear, and it doesn’t fit in the ear properly — it causes discomfort and pain within just 5 minutes of use. Despite a rating above 3 on the site, please be cautious before buying. It is traped showing rating for this productThe product is not returnable, which adds to the frustration. I tried reaching out to customer care, but their response was unhelpful and dismissive.Unfortunately, once you buy it, you’re stuck with a product that’s not worth the money. Sound is low didnt expect this from JBL

Overall good product , this JBL product has delivered upto my expectations.

Quality is not good. The sound of the ear buds are very low and not fit for ears. Too cost and not worth for this amount.

The product is utter failure. It does not produce even a minimum sound.The fit is not that great. Customer care or service center never admit this. They neither replace not repair.They simply argue.Don't buy.
