Pretty basic. Every roper has its own style and Roy has the ability to pass knowledge in his words. Pretty nice tricks and corrections. Very useful Tips. Photos not that great but its an old edition. Cant expect much really because there are in B&W photos.

This is a great book for calf ropers of all levels, very detailed and better then the majority of instructional DVDs out there. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Iloved that somebody wrote a book about calf roping and the person that did is one of my rodeo heros. It's a wonderful book to learn about calf roping and could not have been written by a better person.
