Gladstone 2 Seater FULLY ASSEMBLED Garden Bench - 4ft Teak Park Bench Brand, Quality & Value

We ordered a two-seater, hardwood garden bench from Jati via Amazon.The bench is absolutely superb, it is so solid and sturdy and looks magnificent.Now we did have a few issues but I have to say that as well as a superb product, the customer service from Jati is exceptional. They are totally dedicated to customer satisfaction and will not stop until they have achieved it. A level of service that is quite remarkable.Many thanks again to the team at Jati.

Delivery and customer service great.Bench arrived on time and is even nicer than expected. Top quality and looks great.

Looks good and is solid, however slight damage to one of the legs on delivery.There was a split at the bottom of a rear leg - a bit of wood glue and a clamp fixed it in place.Comfortable and, superb for lounging on. A very good purchase, should last for many years.Five stars if it wasn't damaged in transit.

Excellent experience from the start to finish thank you JATI. 2 days from order to delivery, wow! A really helpful team via the message center enabled a change to delivery day as well. The bench is really sturdy, looks fantastic, and will no doubt last many years. It's better than I hoped to be honest. Cannot wait for the warmer weather to start so we can use it. I'm very happy to recommend with 5 stars all round from me.

really well made, looks great in the garden

This bench is `cute` it's chunky style makes an aesthetic statement and it will enhance any situation.We had looked at loads of garden benches in garden centres but found nothing of this quality.The price is excellent for this quality and I have seen many more expensive examples which are not as nice.After 3 coats of teak oil it has gone a beautiful colour. Come on Summer my gin & tonic is waiting.
