Product was used in original skin cancer study in Australia-basing my usage on that.

One pill for 500mg and reasonably priced
I started taking this several years ago because I was in my 30s and already had a basal cell carcinoma removed on my face. I did research on my own and came across a study where this brand was used. Two doses a day of 500mg nicotinamide reduces recurrence of BCC by 40%. I have not had any BCC since then (2018). I hear it can cause flushing of the face and feeling hot but I’ve never had that happen to me. Also other brands you need to take two pills and like that this one is only one. Highly recommend if you have a history of skin cancer.
