This stuff is amazing! It cooks so well and gives steak so much flavor. It’s my first time using it and I am 100% converted to only using this for my steaks! Delicious is an understatement! I’m been on a steak kick and am learning how to perfectly cook steak and this has taken my skills over the top. In my head I am now a pro. I probably needed to let my steak rest a little longer before cutting it but I was to excited to eat! Haha!

High smoke point means you get get this stuff HOT in the pan and sear/seal those chops or steaks after cooking to your desired doneness. If you cook meats well-done go away.
