Was not expecting this to do much but it does reflect the light and shadows are diminished so I was pretty impressed with it.

The brightener is super creamy, it blends well under eyes, it conceals my dark spots which are not too bad, and I even use it for extra coverage sparingly on small brown spots. I think it lasts all day. And it looks natural, not pink. It does brighten eye area very well. The price point is excellent. Apply with the brush, but smooth out with your fingers otherwise it looks streaky.
